Vít Veselý specialises in commercial, administrative and civil law, especially construction and real estate law, public contracts, commercial liabilities, intellectual property and so on. He is a graduate of the Law Faculty at Charles University. Before establishing the VHK Partners law firm, he worked as an articled clerk, a solicitor and a partner in several leading Czech law firms in Prague. Vít Veselý received the Talent of the Year award in the 2008 Lawyer of the Year competition. He was a member of the authors’ collective which wrote Current Sample Contracts for Commercial Relations and he continues to publish occasional expert articles concerning topics associated with construction law; he is also a lecturer at expert seminars focussing on construction law. Vít Veselý also provides legal services in English.
