Ondřej Hladký specialises in representing clients before the courts and other bodies in civil law, arbitration and other proceedings, in the area of company law and in business and civil law. He is a master’s graduate from the Law Faculty at Masaryk University in Brno and a PhD graduate from Charles University in Prague. He also completed a three-year program at the Chicago-Kent College of Law at the Illinois Institute of Technology, the USA and he has studied at the Law Faculty of the John Paul II Catholic University in Lublin. Before establishing the VHK Partners law firm, he worked as an independent lawyer and as an articled clerk in several leading Czech law firms in Prague. He also worked as a lawyer in a central public sector body and as a member of a minister’s appellate committee. Ondřej Hladký also provides legal services in English.
